Built by an owner who was tired of paying for ten systems.
Run the counter. Know what every plate makes.

I’m a chef and a multi-restaurant owner. I’ve spent years in this industry, in kitchens and in operations, processing and logistics.
For most of that time I paid hundreds, and some months thousands, of dollars for software and fees. A POS here, online ordering there, a scheduling app, a food cost spreadsheet, delivery-app tablets. Each one did part of the job. None of them put it all in one place, and none of them told me what I actually needed to know: what each plate makes.
I watched good restaurants close for the same reasons. They didn’t know their true costs. They paid for too many systems. And they had no clear view of their prime cost, food plus labour, the number that decides whether a restaurant survives.
So I built Skillet.
One system that lowers what you pay to operate
Skillet puts the basics in one place: register, kitchen screen, self-order kiosk, your own online ordering page, delivery-app orders, scheduling and the real cost of every dish. The goal isn’t to add another bill. It’s to keep your operating costs where they are, or bring them down, while showing you the gaps and money leaks in your food and labour costs.
Keep your POS, or switch over
Skillet works for you either way.
- Keep Toast, Clover, Square or Lightspeed. Import your menu and sales exports, and Skillet shows your real food cost, labour and prime cost, including what delivery apps actually leave you.
- Or move to the full system and run the counter, the kitchen and the back office in one place.
On the devices you already own
No proprietary hardware. Skillet runs on everyday Android tablets, computers, monitors and TV screens. Most owners think a kiosk, a kitchen screen or an online ordering page costs too much. With Skillet they don’t.
More than software
